OVERVIEW

1.- Deposits are 50% of the scheduled performance. 

 2.- The time slot will not be reserved for the client until the deposit is paid (Service Booking)

 3.- Balance is due upon arrival  (prior to the performance) via cash only.

​4.-The booking service must be at least 2 weeks in advance in order to confirm our services.

5.- Please keep in mind when booking, that I can paint 10 -12 full faces per hour.

 6.- The Artist will stop working at the scheduled time. If additional hours are requested, it is expected that  payment is made at the same rate on the day of the event.

 

 7.- I will bring to your event or party my DESIGN BOARD or CATALOGUE of Face Painting and Balloon Art, your guests will have to select among them. If you or your guests wish another special design, PLEASE let me know one week in advance before your event or party.

 8.- During your party, I will ONLY paint the designs shown in my Design Board.

 

 

RATES of SERVICES:

 

Hourly Rate of Face Painting WEEKDAYS: $120 (one hundred twenty dollars)

​

Hourly Rate of Face Painting WEEKENDS: $150 (One hundred fifty dollars)

(10 to 12 faces, this of course depends on the designs chosen)

 

Hourly Rate of Balloon Twisting: $100  (one hundred dollars)

 

Princess Makeover: Up to 6 girls  $300  

(Three Hundred Dollars) approximately 2 hours

 

 

PARKING:

 

Parking must be provided for the artist near the event location. Otherwise, the client must reimburse us for any parking fees.

 

 

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

WEATHER (FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS):

 

The client agrees to provide an area with protection from extreme temperatures, sun, rain, and excessive wind.

The client is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather.

 

SET UP:

 

The Artist will bring a table and a director chair for face painting if it is needed.

If you need a canopy for your event, please let me know in advance, I charge an additional fee for this.

Please choose an area for the artist that is away from DJ's, bands, and aggressive activities.

Please ensure that the location has ADEQUATE  LIGHTING for painting.

 

 

 

EXTREME ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS:

 

The Artist has the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any money if there are EXTREME adverse working conditions and the client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the client's attention.

Adverse conditions included, but are not limited to destructive, violent or extremely inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult; illegal activities or otherwise dangerous conditions.

 

RESCHEDULE:

Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 5 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs.

 

Cancellation Policy-

I understand kids get sick and other things come up, so you may use your non-refundable deposit within one year of the original booked date towards a new booking.  

 

 

LIABILITY STATEMENT:

 

1.-Face Painting and Balloon Art by Evelyn uses only FDA approved cosmetic grade face painting supplies. The Artist is not liable for allergic reactions to paints, it is the parent's responsibility to notify us if their child has sensitive skin.

 

2.- The Artist will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. If clothing comes in contact with paints products, treat with stain removal products and launder in cold water. Hot water will set the stain.

 

3.- Client understands that darker face paints will linger and must be removed with soap, wather and baby oil.

 

4. SAFETY:   Artist will not paint:

 

A.- Children who are unwilling.

 

B.-  BABIES, children under 3 years old. Face Painting is not for babies, The reason for this is because younger skin is still very sensitive and can react adversely to the paint. I hope you understand.

 

C.- People with skin infections: any area of skin that has open wounds, eczema, sunburn, ringworm, acne, or any infectious skin condition.

 

 D.- The Artist will not paint the face of anyone who is or appears to be sick, has a runny nose/eyes/ or obvious illness.

 

5.- BALLOON HAZARD

Small children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons.

The artist will not give a balloon to children under the age of 5 years.  Artists may give the balloon twisting to their parents. These balloons require adult supervision.

Keep uninflated balloons from small children; discard broken balloons at once.

 

 

ARTISTS DO NOT SUPERVISE CHILDREN

 

Under no circumstances, will artists supervise children. Their behavior and safety (of guests and kids) is the client's and/or parent's responsibility.

 

Please supervise children of all ages very carefully with balloons.
